We are looking forward to hire Scrum Master Professionals in the following areas : Scrum Master & Business Analyst Experience Required: 7+ Years Location: - Chennai or Bangalore Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master & Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to drive Agile delivery while effectively bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring clear requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities Scrum Master Responsibilities - Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives - Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement - Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution - Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance - Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog prioritization Business Analyst Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders - Translate business needs into transparent functional and technical requirements - Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation - Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solution alignment - Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and business proc .
