Business Analyst

Job Summary Business Analyst with 23 years of experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, functional documentation, stakeholder management, and coordination with development and QA teams. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements. Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions. Translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories. Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Create user flows, process flows, and functional workflows. Work closely with Product, UI/UX, Development, QA, and business stakeholders. Clarify requirements during development and testing. Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and dependency analysis. Define acceptance criteria and support QA test scenarios. Coordinate UAT and track stakeholder feedback. Maintain requirement traceability and documentation. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Required Skills & Qualifications 23 years of professional Business Analyst experience. Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills. Experience preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases. Good SDLC and Agile/Scrum understanding. Strong process mapping and functional analysis skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture. Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio, or similar tools preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
