Qualification and Experience Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years of experienceMinimum 10 years of experience in ITES Corporate sectors. Operations Skill Requirements Expertise in Indian Accounting Standards, IFRS, Income Tax Act & Rules, GST Act & RulesStrong working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/HANA) and ability to navigate endtoend finance processes within ERP. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and management reporting. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel assignments in a dynamic, deadlinedriven environment. Demonstrated proactiveness in handling compliance matters, identifying issues early and driving timely resolution. Proven track record in handling complex tax and regulatory matters with confidence and sound judgment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including preparation of clear reports, audit responses, and seniormanagement updates. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or critical situations, with flexibility and resilience.
