ROLE OVERVIEW The Manager, Global Engineering Change Implementation is responsible for building, scaling, and governing the execution layer of Fluences global change management capability across contract manufacturers (CMs) and suppliers. This role ensures approved engineering and configuration changes are fully implemented, embedded, and traceable across the manufacturing value chain from supplier through final system build.
