Graphic Designer Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Type: Full time, In-office The role We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals across social, marketing, and on-ground campaigns. What you'll do Design social media creatives, ads, posters, and brand collateral Own visual consistency across Funky Island and Blaaze Work with marketing and video teams to ship campaigns on tight timelines Take feedback and iterate fast without losing the creative spark What you bring 13 years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house) Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design You should have some expertise in creating wall graphics A portfolio that shows range and a sharp eye for layout, type, and color Ability to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines Bonus points Motion/animation basics, Figma, or experience designing for entertainment/lifestyle brands Video Editor Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Type: Full-time, In-office The role We need a Video Editor who can cut content that hooks in the first 3 seconds reels, ads, event recaps, and brand films. What you'll do Edit short-form video for Instagram, You Tube, and paid ads Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, and color correction Collaborate with designers and the marketing team on creative direction Manage footage, maintain an organized library, and deliver on deadline What you bring 13 years of video editing experience Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects A reel showing strong pacing, storytelling, and platform-native edits Understanding of what makes social content perform Bonus points Da Vinci Resolve or Cap Cut, shooting/camera exp .
