The role focuses on understanding customer needs, coordinating with various teams and ensuring the product meets business goals. ORGANIZATIONAL CHART National Sales Head Business Loans Assistant Program Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Business from Internal StakeholdersConvert business requirements into outputsPrioritize features based on business impact and user value.Interact with Internal Teams for increasing efficiency (Credit / BPO/ Product)Improve conversions from Non-Performing stakeholders.Increase Profitability by strategic planning and enhancing operations efficiencyStreamline MIS reports with real time dataCo-ordinate with Product for increasing profitabilityProvide various Data cuts with various Analysis to improve business.
