About the Role We are looking for a Designer with 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design to join our product team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating intuitive user experiences, and the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and developers. Responsibilities: Assist in designing user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Work with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into design solutions. Maintain and contribute to the design system for consistency across the product. Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis to improve usability. Support usability testing and iterate on feedback to enhance the user experience. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices. Ensure responsive and accessible design across different devices and screen sizes. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and usability. Experience in designing web and mobile applications. Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design. Strong visual design and typography skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and take constructive feedback. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with motion design or animations. Exposure to user research and A/B testing. Understanding of accessibility in design.
