Job DescriptionPosition: Assistant Manager / Manager Administration & ITOrganization: IndiaLaw LLP Location: MumbaiAbout the RoleIndiaLaw LLP is seeking a proactive and experienced Administration & IT qualified to oversee office administration, facilities management, vendor coordination, and IT infrastructure across the firm's offices. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain technology systems, and drive process improvements to support business continuity and operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration - Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. - Manage office facilities, housekeeping, pantry, security, and maintenance services. - Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and resolve facility-related issues promptly. - Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality. - Handle procurement of office supplies, IT assets, furniture, and other administrative requirements. - Maintain records of office assets, inventory, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs). - Coordinate office renovations, relocations, and workspace planning as required. - Ensure statutory compliances related to office administration and vendor documentation. - Monitor administrative budgets and control operational expenses. - Support employee onboarding by coordinating workstation setup, access cards, seating, and office requirements. - Implement and improve administrative policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Information Technology - Oversee the firm's IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, networking devices, Wi-Fi, and conference room technology. - Coordinate with internal and external IT vendors for maintenance, troubleshooting, and project implementation. - Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, email, and network-related issues. - Manage IT asset inventory, software licenses, warranties, and lifecycle management. - Monitor data backup .
