IT Executive

The IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the hospitals IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking systems, and hospital management applications. The role ensures smooth functioning of all IT-related operations across departments including OPD, IPD, OT, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Billing, and Administration. The IT Executive also provides technical support to staff and ensures data security and system efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Maintain hospital computers, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and networking systems. Provide technical support for Hospital Management System (HMS), EMR, and billing software. Monitor internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, and CCTV systems. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Coordinate with vendors for AMC, software updates, and system maintenance. Ensure regular data backup and system security. Support OT, diagnostic, and ophthalmic equipment connected to IT systems. Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment. Train hospital staff on basic system usage and IT protocols. Skills Required: Knowledge of computer hardware and networking Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of servers, CCTV, and biometric systems Familiarity with Hospital Management Software (HMS) Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle emergency IT issues quickly Knowledge of data backup and cybersecurity basics Time management and multitasking ability Education Required: BCA, MCA Experience: 0-1 year Vacancies: 1 .
