Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary, transformative, and results-driven engineering leader to head our Motion Control Engineering team in Pune, India. This role will be instrumental in transforming the team from Technical execution to Technical Leadership with global design authority within Motion Control product portfolio and executing a robust product roadmap aligned with global business priorities. The ideal candidate will have passion for building high-performing team and world-class lab capabilities to support product development and test, fostering innovation, and delivering measurable business impact. As a Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product portfolio, aligning engineering strategy with business priorities, and building a high-performance, globally integrated organization. You will be responsible for fostering a robust NPD culture, driving accountability, and ensuring excellence in product design, performance, and deliveryconsistent with Aventics and Afag brands reputation. The role requires strong leadership in building and nurturing cross-functional partnerships with global teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product Marketing, along with key stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives. The EIC-P hosts a major Engineering team building Technical ownership within Strategic Business Unit Motion Control. Motion Control focuses on components and solutions for Factory Automation, Industrial Automation and Marine markets.
