For our business, for clients, and for you Purpose The RevOps Adoption & Enablement Analyst is responsible for ensuring Salesforce and RevOps processes are understood, consistently applied, and effectively adopted across the business. The role focuses on stabilising and improving the asis, while preparing the organisation for future change by creating clear guidance, training, and communications grounded in how Salesforce actually supports business processes today. This is a business enablement and adoption role, not a technical configuration, project delivery, or change management execution role. There will be a requirement to align to other time zones as needed. Key Responsibilities Salesforce & RevOps Enablement (AsIs Focus) Develop and maintain clear, rolebased guidance on how Salesforce and RevOps processes are used in practice Document how the system works today from a user perspective (including approved workarounds where relevant) Translate complex processes into simple, consumable materials (guides, visual flows, FAQs) Training & Knowledge Management Design and deliver regular, lightweight training aligned to user roles and responsibilities Establish and maintain a centralised, trusted source of enablement materials Refresh training and guidance as processes or standards change Reduce dependency on adhoc, reactive support through proactive enablement Partner with Learning and Development to make the materials available Communications & Change Readiness Support Salesforce and RevOps changes through clear, timely communications Partner with Process & Governance and Roadmap roles to: prepare users for upcoming changes explain what is changing, why, and what it means for them Ensure communications focus on practical impact, not technical detail Adoption Insight & Feedback Loops Monitor and assess adoption, pain points, and common user issues Use insights from: support queries training feedback user engagement to inform improvements to guidance, training, and future change planning Act as the voice of the user in RevOps design discussions Collaboration Across RevOps Work closely with: Salesforce Process & Governance Analyst (to align guidance with standards and controls) RevOps Lead (to reflect operatingmodel decisions in enablement materials) RevOps Roadmap & Planning role (to support readiness for upcoming change) Reinforce governance standards through education and clarity, not enforcement This Role Does Improve consistency, confidence, and understanding in Salesforce usage Reduce avoidable support requests and user frustration Support audit and control objectives through clear guidance and repeatable behaviour Enable effective adoption of both currentstate and futurestate processes This Role Does Not Own Salesforce configuration or technical build Act as a project or change delivery manager Own process design or operatingmodel decisions Replace formal training delivered by external partners or programmes (where applicable) Skills & Experience Essential Experience working in a Salesforceenabled business environment Strong ability to explain complex processes simply and clearly Experience creating user guidance, training materials, or operational documentation Confident engaging with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and RevOps Strong attention to detail and user empathy Desirable Experience supporting system or process adoption initiatives Familiarity with Salesforce concepts and terminology (userlevel, not configuration) Experience working with governance, audit, or regulated environments Experience using tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar documentation platforms Personal Attributes Practical, userfocused, and pragmatic Clear communicator with a bias for simplicity Curious about how processes work in reality, not just on paper Comfortable working in evolving environments with ambiguity Proactive and .
