Role: Guidewire Claims Center Data AnalystPosition Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)Contract Duration: 12 Months+Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM ISTWork Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)Location: 3 Days a week In-Office - Pune, IndiaWere seeking a Senior Claims Data Analyst with robust Guidewire Claim Center and P&C; insurance experience to drive data accuracy, insights, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Analyze large commercial P&C; claims datasets to identify trends and issuesBuild dashboards and reports using Tableau / Power BI / Qlik ViewPerform root-cause analysis and recommend data-driven improvementsSupport data mapping, migration, ETL, and reconciliation in Guidewire Claim CenterAct as a moderator for Claim Center master data mapping & integrationsCollaborate with IT, data engineering, and business stakeholdersPresent insights clearly to leadership and non-technical audiencesRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years in claims data analysis (insurance / P&C; preferred)Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Claim CenterExpertise in SQL / PL-SQL / T-SQL and ETL toolsAdvanced Excel (VBA, Power Query)Experience with data visualization toolsSolid understanding of P&C; insurance conceptsNice to Have:Python / SAS, predictive analytics, ML exposureAI tools and automation experience .
