Were Hiring | Finance Costing Manager Manufacturing Location: Mumbai Experience: 5+ Years Industry: Manufacturing Preferred Qualification : CA / CMA / ICWA We are looking for a Finance Costing Manager with strong hands-on experience in product costing, manufacturing costing, cost analysis and profitability to support critical business and management decisions. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end product & manufacturing costing for existing and new products. Develop and maintain standard costing systems and cost structures . Analyze RM, labour, overhead, conversion and manufacturing costs . Review BOMs, routings and cost centres for costing accuracy. Conduct Actual vs Standard and detailed cost variance analysis . Identify cost leakages, cost-reduction opportunities and productivity gaps. Conduct product/SKU-wise profitability, gross margin and contribution analysis . Support pricing decisions, new product evaluation and business cases through cost models. Lead/coordinate budgeting, forecasting and plant/product-wise financial planning . Prepare monthly costing MIS, plant performance and profitability reports for management. Work closely with Finance, Plant, Production, Procurement, SCM, Sales, R&D; and Senior Management . Partner with ERP/IT teams for costing process improvement, master-data accuracy and reporting automation .
