About the company: Rapid growing Angel Investor Network Responsibilities and Requirements: Investment Professional with over 7 years professional experience in a VC/PE fund or with a management consulting firm. S/he would be responsible for the analysis, selection, negotiation and monitoring of investments. A) On the analysis side, s/he will be expected to have an in-depth understanding of the relevant business models, markets and opportunities in the fund's focus area; they should also be able to create financial models and perform financial analysis to evaluate prospective investments. B) On the selection side, s/he should be able to find attractive investment opportunities, lead due diligence, negotiate terms, and make recommendations to the fund's investment committee. C) On the monitoring side, s/he should be able to track a portfolio company's performance and actively support management in achieving key performance objectives. S/he should have strong interpersonal skills and be a team player. In summary the successful candidate would have demonstrated experience in VC/PE fund along with strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a passion for venture capital and early stage investments.
