Treasury Application Support Specialist

Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune Hybrid mode work Role Summary: The purpose of this role is to support the Treasury suite of system applications, which supports the Global Treasury, ERP, 3rd party software, Accounting, payments and collections. Key Responsibilities: FIS Sungard - Quantum,TRAX & Bank Connector. Knowledge of Treasury function within a MNC Understanding of EBS formats predominantly MT940,MT942,AFB120,CSB43,BAI & CBI Knowledge of payment formats MT101, PAIN001 Experience of SSC organization Ability to work independently Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally A proven team player with excellent communication skills, analytical skills and attention to detail Key Tasks: Support all treasury operation system issues out of Trax and Quantum. Support accounting and general ledger posting rules for all Treasury transactions Support deployment of treasury systems in new Geographies Design Trax enrichments utilizing Treasury and Banking knowledge Support implementation of system upgrades/migration Troubleshooting interfacing issues with Reuters, banks, FX All and ERPs Swift, FX ALL Administration Maintenance of Reuters Interface for importing of FX/interest rates Assist in planned & ad hoc projects as directed by management Support Business Operation and audit process Daily monitoring of our treasury management ticketing systems Allocation/resolution of all tickets in a timely manner in line with the SLA Key Relationships: Global Treasury (all Geographies) Accounting Group Payments and Collections Service Desk, Altair Core Team, Altair Operations 3rd Party vendors (Reuters & Swift) .
