This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 2500000 - Rs 4000000 (ie INR 25-40 LPA) Min Experience: 11 years Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, Chennai JobType: full time We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in US Healthcare to lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects across healthcare systems, payer/provider operations, and regulatory environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management capabilities combined with domain knowledge of US healthcare frameworks, compliance standards, and delivery excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and drive continuous improvement in project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of US healthcare projects. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and leadership, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Ensure adherence to US healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and other compliance standards. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. - Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to ensure successful project delivery. - Drive communication and reporting across all levels, ensuring transparency in project status, milestones, and challenges. - Oversee vendor coordination and third-party integrations where required. - Implement best practices in project management and continuously improve delivery processes. - Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to enhance overall team capability. Must-Have Skills: - Proven experience as a Project Manager in US Healthcare environments (payer/provider/health tech). - Strong understanding of US healthcare systems, workflows, and compliance requirements. - Expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery management. - Ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects with distributed teams. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Good-to-Have Skills: - Experience in roles such as Delivery Manager or Program Manager. - Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms. - Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies. - Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, ICD codes, etc. - Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, IT, or related field. - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred. - Extensive experience (1120 years) in project management, with a significant focus on US healthcare projects.
