The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in retail lending or financial services, with a proven track record in personal loan sales, cross-selling financial products, and managing high-performing sales teams. The role requires strong leadership, business development, and customer relationship management skills to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Drive personal loan sales by developing and executing effective sales strategies. - Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to consistently achieve business targets. - Recruit, train, and mentor team members to improve productivity and sales performance. - Identify current business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, referrals, and corporate tie-ups. - Promote cross-selling of financial products such as insurance, credit cards, savings accounts, and other retail banking products. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders. - Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline management, and conversion ratios. - Ensure timely loan processing by coordinating with credit, operations, and underwriting teams. - Maintain portfolio quality by adhering to company policies, compliance requirements, and risk management guidelines. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards to management. Eligibility Criteria - Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA (Marketing, Finance, or related field) is preferred. - 35 years of experience in Personal Loan Sales, Retail Assets, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services. - Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams. - Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Experience in cross-selling multiple financial products. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
