Strong engineering fundamentals - Good understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, clean architecture, and maintainable code. AI code reviewer - Can critically analyze, debug, improve, and validate code generated by AI rather than blindly accepting it. Product thinker - Can think beyond the technical implementation and understand why a feature is being built and how it should work for the customer. Roadmap contributor - Can suggest improvements, identify gaps, and actively contribute to the product roadmap. Creative problem solver - Thinks out of the box and looks for better, simpler, and more scalable ways to solve problems. Testing mindset - Familiar with appropriate testing frameworks and practices, including unit, integration, and feature testing.
