Group Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION GROUP ACCOUNTS MANAGER Location: Kochi Industry: Industrial / Manufacturing Experience: 10+ Years Age: 35+ Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Group Accounts Manager with a strong background in the industrial and manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations across group companies, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and effective financial control. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations for group companies.Supervise accounts teams and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Handle MIS reports, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, receivables collection, and payables.Ensure proper accounting of inventory, costing, production expenses, and manufacturing-related transactions.Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and statutory authorities.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory requirements.Monitor inter-company transactions and reconciliations.Establish and maintain proper internal financial controls.Review ledgers, bank reconciliations, trial balances, and financial schedules.Support management in financial planning and business decision-making.Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes.Ensure timely closing of monthly and annual accounts.Candidate Requirements 35+ years of age.Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.Strong and proven experience in the industrial / manufacturing sector is mandatory.Experience managing accounts for multiple companies or group entities is preferred.Degree in B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter / CMA or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.Experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and team-management abilities.Preferred Profile Only candidates with relevant industrial/manufacturing experience will be considered.
