We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE ) to join our team to build, support, and drive customer innovations, bringing efficiency to processes through effective management of reliability, availability, and operational excellence. Experience : 7 + years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Dev Ops, maintenance & operations, and/or software development. Location : India Mode of Work: Remote Responsibilities Work as part of a crossfunctional product team, acting as a reliability expert for assigned products or product areas Apply Site Reliability Engineering best practices in collaboration with SRE governance teams Ensure high delivery quality, operational stability, and regular KPI and reliability reporting Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure predictable operations and minimize production disruptions Share best practices within the SRE/Operations capability and continuously improve ways of working Monitor, manage, and resolve production issues across supported applications Perform technical analysis and troubleshoot complex production incidents Enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities with a strong focus on preventive and proactive measures Drive product improvements through code analysis and log inspection Implement continuous improvements in proactive monitoring, automation, and housekeeping activities Ensure overall environment stability, availability, and reliability Automate operational and development processes using scripts and Dev Ops tools Participate in oncall rotations to support and resolve businesscritical incidents Qualifications Strong handson experience in Site Reliability Engineering and Dev Ops practices , including CI/CD and automated testing Solid experience working in e Commerce platforms and environments Good understanding of solutions architecture with the ability to quickly identify root causes of issues Experience working with APIbased frameworks ; exposure to headless commerce platforms is a plus Familiarity with ITIL support processes and ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now) in microservicesbased environments Experience maintaining, supporting, or developing web, desktop, and mobile applications Knowledge of performance engineering and application reliability concepts Handson experience with frontend and backend technologies such as React JS, React Native, Node JS Experience building CI/CD workflows using tools like Git Hub Actions Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) Working knowledge of Kubernetes managed services (AKS, GKE) Experience using monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or similar Practical understanding of SRE metrics including SLI, SLO, and Error Budgets Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, C#, Go, or Ruby Strong analytical skills with a passion for problemsolving and continuous improvement Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions .
