Accounts Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 24 years of hands-on experience in managing daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in financial record-keeping, reconciliations, GST compliance, TDS, and proficient in accounting software like Tally, Zoho, or ERP systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records and ledgers Manage accounts payable and receivable activities Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and journal entries Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Generate financial reports and assist in audit processes Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting Ensure accurate and timely payment cycles Handle invoice processing and verification Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or any accounting software Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS) Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) Excellent organizational and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce (http://b.com/) or related field http://m.com/ / MBA (Finance) is a plus Minimum 2.5 years of relevant experience in accounting .
