Team Lead-PHP

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PHP developers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Work closely with clients to understand business requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony). Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers for seamless project execution. Plan sprints, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively within the team. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support when needed. Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to clients and stakeholders proactively. Drive process improvements and encourage continuous learning within the development team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in PHP development, including at least 12 years in a team leadership role. Strong proficiency in PHP , MySQL , and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts. Hands-on experience with popular frameworks such as Laravel , CodeIgniter , or Symfony Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , MVC architecture , and web security standards . Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and front-end integration . Experience working with Git , Jira , and Agile/Scrum methodologies . Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools is an added advantage.
