Within this ecosystem, the Marketing Insights & Analytics team serves as the strategic backbone that fuels data-led decisionmaking. The team partners closely with marketing leaders and crossfunctional stakeholders to define key performance metrics, set up robust measurement frameworks, and uncover insights that drive performance improvement. From campaign analytics and attribution modeling to customer segmentation and channel optimization, the function plays a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategy, enhancing ROI, and powering innovation through deep datadriven intelligence. About the role: The incumbent will be responsible for solving complex marketing and business problems through advanced analytics and data science. The role demands strong proficiency in SQL and Python, along with the ability to design, build, and operationalize statistical or machine learning models that deliver measurable business impact. This position involves translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches, conducting deepdive analyses, and identifying root causes to guide strategic and tactical decisionmaking. The incumbent will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business teams to deliver scalable, insightsled solutions that enhance performance, improve customer outcomes, and drive continuous optimization. What will you be doing:Data Analytics & RCA Perform day-to-day analytics on large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Conduct deep root cause analyses using statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and timeseries/comparative techniques. Build automated data pipelines and workflows using SQL and Python. Data Science & Modeling Design, develop, validate, and deploy statistical models and machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, forecasting, clustering). Build end-to-end data science solutions from problem definition to deployment and ongoing performance monitoring. Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models and ensure robust tracking. Data Engineering & Reporting Write optimized and scalable SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and data quality processes. Develop reusable analytical frameworks, scripts, and tools in Python. Create clear, automated dashboards and reports to convey insights to stakeholders. Business & Cross-Functional Collaboration Translate business problems into structured analytical approaches in partnership with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams. Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategy, experimentation (A/B testing), and continuous optimization. Qualification & Experience: Graduate from a reputed institute with 46 years of experience in analytics, data science, or consumer insights roles. Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis. Experience using data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, crossfunctional environment. Strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and analytical rigor. Proven track record of delivering business impact through datadriven insights.
