We are looking for a Business Analyst to support business analysis, client communication, pre-sales, and project delivery activities. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, project management, and technical teams. Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements. Work closely with clients and development teams to clarify and translate business requirements. Support proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, business cases, case studies, use cases, blogs, and marketing content. Support project delivery through progress tracking, milestones, dependencies, action items, UAT coordination, and stakeholder follow-ups. Assist Account Management with client communication, presentations, business reviews, and identifying opportunities. Research business processes, industry trends, technology developments, and emerging areas such as AI/GenAI. Use productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini for research, analysis, documentation, and content creation. Strong understanding of Business Analysis, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and requirement management. Ability to understand different business domains and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preferably Computer Science, IT/Computer Technology, Engineering, or related fields. Preferred certifications include PSM/Scrum, PMI/Project Management, Agile, or relevant or AI certifications. A candidate who can understand the business problem, gather and document requirements, communicate with clients, work effectively with technical teams, and support both pre-sales and project delivery. .
