About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations and Proposal Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to two critical business functions: developing high-quality proposals and RFP responses that help win new business and providing reliable day-to-day sales operations support that keeps our revenue engine running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable crafting a compelling proposal narrative as they are troubleshooting a CRM issue or pulling together a sales report. This role requires flexibility to align with North America business hours on a regular basis, with working hours not extending beyond 11:00 PM IST. Responsibilities: Proposal Development & RFP Management - Manage the end-to-end RFP, RFI, and RFQ response process, including intake, coordination, writing, review, and submission Review and analyze incoming RFPs to identify requirements, deadlines, and key evaluation criteriaCollaborate with Sales, Solutions, Legal, Finance, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather accurate and compelling contentWrite, edit, and format proposal responses that are clear, persuasive, and fully compliant with client requirementsMaintain and continuously update a centralized proposal content library, including standard responses, company boilerplates, bios, and case studiesEnsure all proposals are submitted on time, meet formatting requirements, and reflect the company's brand and messaging standardsTrack proposal outcomes and contribute to win/loss analysis to improve future responsesSupport the development of proactive proposals, pitch decks, and capability statements as needed Sales Operations Support (Level 1 & Level 2) - Serve as a first and second point of contact for internal sales operations requests, including CRM data issues, process questions, and reporting needsManage and resolve Level 1 support tickets related to CRM access, data entry, pipeline updates, and basic system troubleshootingHandle Level 2 support tasks including more complex user issues, report building, and data integrity investigationsMaintain CRM data hygiene by identifying and resolving duplicate records, incomplete data, and outdated informationBuild and maintain standard sales reports and dashboards to support the sales team's day-to-day needsAssist with onboarding new sales team members by providing CRM training and access setupDocument and maintain internal sales operations processes, SOPs, and how-to guidesSupport revenue operations leadership with ad hoc projects, data analysis, and process improvement initiativesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales processes, tools, and workflows Requirements:4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, proposal writing, or a closely related roleHands-on experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, or similar proposal documentsProficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including reporting and basic administrationStrong written communication skills in English with the ability to craft clear, professional, and persuasive contentSolid organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneouslyComfortable working with data and generating reports using CRM or BI toolsAbility to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervisionWillingness and ability to work flexible hours aligned with North America time zones, up to 11:00 PM ISTExperience with proposal management tools such as ResponsiveExposure to revenue operations concepts including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planningExperience collaborating with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones Skills & Competencies Required:Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and qualityExcellent time management and .
