Job Summary The Engineer Technical Support L1 will provide essential support for electrical devices and systems. This role involves assisting customers and internal teams with technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the proper installation and operation of electrical equipment. Duties and Responsibilities Provide technical support for electrical devices and systems to customers and internal teams.Assist in the installation and configuration of electrical equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical operations and installations.Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.Collaborate with senior engineers to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications And Requirements 0-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.Knowledge of electrical devices, electrical installation, and electric power systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Key Competencies Technical proficiency in electrical systems and devices.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
