The candidate will be responsible for identifying bugs, creating and executing test cases, performing functional and regression testing, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. This role is suitable for both freshers with a strong understanding of software testing concepts and experienced QA professionals who have hands-on testing experience. Key Responsibilities - Understand software requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases. - Perform manual testing of web and software applications. - Execute functional, regression, integration, and usability testing. - Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate bug-tracking tools. - Re-test fixes and ensure defects are properly resolved. - Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to improve product quality. - Perform API testing and basic database/SQL validation where required. - Maintain testing documentation and prepare test reports. - Participate in the complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). - Identify potential quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement. - Work closely with the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.
