Lead analyst data integration operations (oracle db+client management)

Spectral Consultants is hiring for a Lead Analyst Data Integration Operations with one of the leading US-based Management Consulting Organizations. Location: Bangalore Experience: 4.6 6 Years We are looking for professionals with strong experience in Oracle Database, Oracle IICS, ETL/Data Integration Operations, and Production Support environments. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, operational excellence, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and support daily ETL/Data Integration workflows and refresh cycles Manage production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution within SLAs Support Oracle IICS integrations, data validations, and operational activities Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs and workflow dependencies (Tidal or similar schedulers) Collaborate with client stakeholders and provide operational updates, status reports, and issue escalations Perform data investigations and reconciliation using Oracle SQL Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability across production systems Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvements Required Skills: Strong experience with Oracle Database (SQL/PLSQL) Hands-on experience with Oracle IICS / Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services Experience in ETL/Data Integration Operations and Production Support environments Strong data investigation, troubleshooting, and RCA skills Experience working in SLA-driven support environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Exposure to JIRA and Agile methodologies Good to Have: Experience with Tidal Scheduler (or Control-M / Autosys / similar scheduling tools) Python scripting for automation and data validation Linux exposure .
