We are currently looking for a Business Analyst (Post Sales) with 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably someone with prior experience working on Healthcare IT projects or healthcare-related software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of healthcare processes, software development, and client requirements, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. The candidate should be able to understand client needs and effectively translate them into business and functional solutions. Key Roles & Responsibilities - Manage the complete pre-sales and post-sales process, including lead qualification, requirement gathering, solution understanding, proposal support, and account coordination. - Understand client business needs, particularly in the Healthcare IT domain, and translate them into clear business and functional requirements. - Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders and prepare detailed documentation. - Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, process flows, and other relevant business documentation. - Coordinate with the Business Development, Development, QA, and Project Management teams throughout the software development lifecycle. - Participate in client meetings, presentations, requirement discussions, and project-related calls. - Support the preparation of proposals, solution documents, estimates, presentations, and other pre-sales materials. - Analyze client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to identify suitable solutions. - Document meeting outcomes, action items, requirements, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure. - Act as a bridge between clients, business teams, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements. - Assist in preparing functional specifications and ensuring that requirements are properly communicated to development and testing teams. - Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure timely resolution of requirement-related issues. - Maintain proper documentation of client requirements, project discussions, and deliverables. - Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential risks in requirements and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders. - Support account management and post-sales activities to maintain strong client relationships. Desired Skills & Competencies - 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development or IT services company. - Prior experience in Healthcare IT, healthcare software, healthcare applications, or healthcare-related projects is preferred. - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software development processes. - Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and client communication. - Good understanding of BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and process flows. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional and technical documentation. - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and decision-making skills. - Positive presentation and client-handling skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple requirements simultaneously. - Proactive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a strong team player. - Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Draw.io, or similar business analysis tools will be an added advantage. - Good understanding of healthcare workflows and healthcare technology solutions will be an added advantage. - .
