About the Role We are looking for an Assistant Manager Sales (B2C) to drive student enrolments and revenue across our B2C business. The role requires strong sales execution, parent counselling, team management and ownership of the complete sales funnel. Key Responsibilities Own and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue & enrolment targets.Manage the complete sales funnel: Lead Counselling Follow-up Conversion Enrolment.Conduct parent counselling, handle objections and close high-intent prospects.Lead, mentor and monitor a team of Sales Executives / Counsellors.Track conversion, pipeline, follow-ups and individual/team productivity.Identify sales bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve conversion.Maintain CRM discipline and prepare regular sales performance reports.Work closely with Marketing & Operations teams to improve lead quality and sales efficiency. What Were Looking For 25 years of experience in B2C / Inside Sales, preferably EdTech, Education or Consumer Services.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team.Strong communication, counselling, negotiation and closing skills.Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics.Comfortable with CRM, Excel / Google Sheets and sales dashboards.High ownership, target orientation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup. Preferred: Experience in K12/EdTech sales, high-ticket B2C sales.
