Role Description The Gym Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving membership sales and supporting revenue growth at the gym. This role involves engaging prospective members through walk-ins, leads, referrals, and outreach, conducting facility tours, explaining membership options, and presenting Coreos intelligent fitness offerings clearly and convincingly. The Gym Sales Executive will follow up on leads, manage inquiries in person and over phone or messaging platforms, and maintain accurate records in the sales system. Daily activities include meeting sales targets, supporting local marketing campaigns, collaborating with trainers and front desk staff to ensure a positive member experience, and gathering feedback to help improve services. The role also requires handling basic membership administration, ensuring that all processes align with Coreos customer service standards and brand values. Qualifications - Sales and customer engagement skills, including lead conversion, consultative selling, and relationship building. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present membership plans and explain fitness offerings clearly.Basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, and comfort working with digital systems and mobile applications.Service-oriented mindset, with skills in handling queries, resolving concerns, and delivering a consistent, positive member experience.Ability to work toward daily and monthly targets, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced gym environment.Previous experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.Comfortable working on-site in Hyderabad, including evenings and weekends as required by gym operations.Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage. .
