Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Automation Tester (Selenium) role based in Surat. The Python Automation Tester will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium for web applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing test cases, performing manual and automated testing, validating APIs, and documenting test results and defects. The role involves collaborating with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance. The tester will also participate in test planning, regression testing, and continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance skills, including understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.Candidates should possess Manual Testing skills, including the ability to design and execute detailed test cases for functional and regression testing.Candidates should possess skills in creating, organizing, and maintaining Test Cases, test plans, and test documentation.Candidates should possess API Testing skills, including experience with tools and techniques for validating RESTful or SOAP APIs.Candidates should possess Automation skills, specifically hands-on experience with Python, Selenium, and test automation frameworks.Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) is beneficial.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams on-site in Surat.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies is a plus. .
