Senior Full Stack Engineer Insurance Summary An exciting opportunity for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET/.NET Core, Python, cloud, data platforms, and DevOps. The role involves designing scalable enterprise solutions and driving technology delivery within the insurance domain. Location Pan India Your Future Employer A leading global operations management and analytics organization delivering technology, analytics, automation, and consulting solutions across industries, with strong expertise in the insurance sector. Responsibilities Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using .NET, .NET Core, and Python. Define and implement robust application architecture aligned with business, security, and operational requirements. Lead the design of modern data architectures including relational databases, NoSQL/document stores, star schemas, data lakes, and streaming pipelines. Translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end solutions integrating application, data, and infrastructure components. Provide guidance on infrastructure topologies across on-premises and cloud environments, including VMs, containers, Kubernetes/AKS, and Azure services. Drive adoption of SDLC and DevOps practices including CI/CD, code quality, release automation, environment management, and agile delivery. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, data engineers, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure solutions deliver resilience, scalability, security, and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot complex technical issues across application, data, and infrastructure layers. Leverage insurance industry knowledge to align technology solutions with business processes and objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 610 years of industry experience with strong hands-on expertise in .NET, .NET Core, and Python. Strong knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL/document databases, dimensional modeling/star schemas, data lakes, and streaming/event-driven architectures. Experience designing and deploying infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, including virtual machines, containers, Kubernetes/AKS, and Microsoft Azure services. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, automated deployments, and version control. Ability to design fast, agile, robust, and scalable enterprise solutions with a strong engineering mindset. Good understanding of the insurance industry, including domain processes, systems, and business context. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
