As an Area Manager, youll be leading multiple branches, growing the business, ensuring optimal collection efficiency, building strong teams, and driving true financial impact at the High level. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee multiple branches in the assigned area, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with internal control systems. Lead and motivate a team of Branch Managers to achieve business objectives and targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with Internal & External stakeholders, customers and partners. Monitor and control branch expenses, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: 1015 years in NBFC lending. Experience with vehicle and MSME loans. Proven track record of driving business growth, improving sales performance, and leading high- performing teams. Field mobility and willingness to travel. Fluency in Tamil preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
