Junior Technical Modeler (Pune)

Responsibilities The selected candidate will get prospect to work on a variety of structural engineering projects in India and US, including residential high rises, commercial development, aviation facilities, sports facilities, healthcare buildings, and hotels. Responsibilities will include working with a team of engineers and modelers to deliver modeling and drafting/detailing work. The work shall be shared by the project managers and engineers for projects based in Unites States and/or India. Position responsibilities and requirements will include: - 3D Model development (required LOD) in Autodesk Revit structure, model maintenance, and ownership - Developing high quality Drawings with the required plan-section-details, picking up drawing markups etc. - Use of inhouse developed plugins and tools for productivity enhancement - Knowledge and understanding of U.S. drafting standards a plus - Knowledge of parametric modeling (Dynamo) a plus Qualifications Required qualifications and experience - Diploma in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Architecture (Bachelors degree in engineering a plus) - For Junior Technical Modeler position: 0 3 years relevant work experience - For Technical Modeler position: 3 10 years relevant work experience - Excellent hands-on skills with Autodesk Revit structures or similar BIM tools Work experience on US projects would be preferred Overview Walter P Moore, a premier consulting firm, with its headquarters in Houston, Texas, United States, provides a broad range of engineering and consulting services to public and private sector clients from an extensive network of offices in US, Canada, Mexico, Panama, and India. .
