Driving should cost with the team and external consultants To work with Category team and initiate the contracts for stocking, Pricing and other commercial terms Identify potential new suppliers of this commodity to get the right cost of the parts. To work with Planning team to initiate the proper flow down of S&OP and implementation of MRP, replenishment mechanism and long lead planning. Work Experience: 5 - 8 years Graduation/ Degree: B.E Electronics/Electrical Background and Skills 5 to 8 years overall business experience with at least five years of that in Electronics manufacturing industry and consolidating the spend of the following commodities per GVR global Electrical, Electronic components, Wire harness, Motors, LCDs, Keypad etc. Effective planning, organization, and leadership skills New product introduction and development skills from supply chain Global knowledge, skills, and demonstrated experience specified commodities India transportation & logistics knowledge, skills, and demonstrated experience Strong analytical background including experience with tools such as Excel & Access Ability & experience interfacing at all levels of the organization Ability to articulate clear vision and convey a sense of urgency Ability & willingness to work in a matrix organization with direct & indirect reporting relationships Ability & willingness to achieve excellent results with minimal supervision. .
