Experience Requirements Minimum 15+ ye ars of experience in Teaching/Research/Industry At lea st 5 years at the level of Profes sor, demonstrating strong leadership in academic or research environments Proven track record of leadership, research, and collaborat ion in higher education Stro ng industry connecti ons in port, shipping, or logistics sectors. Experience in curriculum developm en t, accreditat ion, a nd interdisciplinary program managem ent Key Responsibilities Prov ide academic, administrative, and strategic leader ship for Port and Logistics programs Design and deli ver high-quality teaching, learning, and rese arch in port operations, terminal management, and supply chain logistics Build and strengt hen industry partners hips to align programs with emerging trends and employability goals. Supervise and prom ote research projects and publicat ions aligned with institutional priorities Dr ive innovation, digital transformation, and sustainabi lity in maritime logistics education Represent the university at national and international academic and industry fo rums. .
