Technical Delivery Manager Bangalore | Hybrid Job Description We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager with 8+ years of experience in leading large-scale, enterprise-grade software delivery programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project and delivery management, driving customer success, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in rapid-paced and complex environments while consistently delivering exceptional business value. What You'll Do - Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction related to Data Analytics and Data Engineering initiatives. - Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans with a strong focus on predictable and timely delivery of value. - Lead and facilitate project governance, including status reviews, steering committee meetings, risk and issue management, and escalation handling - Manage customer expectations, build long-term client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders - Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Implementation Consultants, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts - Track and report key delivery metrics such as velocity, utilization, margins, quality, and delivery KPIs - Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive timely resolution to maintain delivery momentum - Champion process improvement initiatives and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and quality - Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Support teams for seamless execution - Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and organizational standards where applicable Requirements - Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Scienc .
