Primary Homeroom Teacher (Grade 1)

About the roleWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Primary Homeroom Teacher to lead a Grade1 class at our Jubilee Hills and Janwada campuses. The successful candidate will deliver highquality instruction aligned with Cambridge and/or IB Primary Years frameworks, while fostering the academic, social and emotional growth of each student.Key responsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons in English, Mathematics, EVS/Science and other core subjects following Cambridge and/or IB curricula.Implement inquirybased, conceptdriven and studentcentered teaching strategies.Create an inclusive, structured classroom environment that supports diverse learners.Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessments.Maintain detailed student records and prepare regular progress reports.Communicate consistently with parents regarding student development.Support students socialemotional wellbeing.Participate in curriculum planning, school events and professional development activities.Required profileBachelors degree in Education or a relevant subject area.B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.Minimum 23years of experience teaching the Cambridge and/or IB Primary curriculum.Strong understanding of international curriculum standards and inquirybased learning.Excellent classroom management and communication skills.Passion for working with young learners.Required skills .
