Role Overview As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging graphics for digital and print platforms. You must have a strong design portfolio, in-depth knowledge of design software, and the confidence to take creative ownership of projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Develop and design creative assets including social media graphics, brochures, banners, presentations, branding materials, etc.Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.Maintain consistency across all visual materials in alignment with the companys branding guidelines.Present design concepts confidently and take constructive feedback positively.Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.Requirements 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into visual content.Excellent communication skills and a confident personality that can articulate ideas clearly.Strong organizational and time management skills.A portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work is required.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience in motion graphics or video editing.Knowledge of UI/UX design and tools like Figma or Adobe XD.Photography or illustration skills.Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategies.Job Type: Full-time Compensation: 18,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
