Role Description The Vice President of Credit is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the credit function across PInterviews operations. This role oversees the development and implementation of credit policies and frameworks, ensuring sound credit risk assessment for customers, partners, and strategic initiatives. The Vice President of Credit will analyze financial and operational data, design credit models, and set risk thresholds that align with business objectives and regulatory expectations. Day-to-day activities include guiding underwriting standards, monitoring portfolio performance, leading credit reviews, and recommending actions to mitigate risk while supporting growth. The role collaborates closely with finance, operations, product, and senior leadership to integrate credit strategies into business planning and to support sustainable, data-driven decision-making. Qualifications Strong expertise in Credit Risk Management and Risk Management, with a track record of building and implementing effective credit policies and frameworks.Advanced Analytical Skills, including experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and interpreting credit performance metrics.Proven experience in Underwriting, including establishing credit standards, evaluating counterparties, and overseeing approval processes.Solid foundation in Finance, with understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and how credit decisions impact profitability and capital.Demonstrated leadership experience in credit or risk functions, including managing teams, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex credit concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience working in technology-enabled or online platform businesses is beneficial; familiarity with startup or high-growth environments is a plus.Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM, CRM) is an advantage. .
