Ventures & Acquisitions (V&A;) assists in the legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investment transactions, including due diligence, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating acquisitions documents, the targets agreements and other documentation, advises on legal risks and mitigation alternatives associated with the transactions.
