You Have Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.5+ years of web development experience with Drupal 8/9/10 (corporate websites, e-commerce, mobile sites).Expertise in developing Drupal modules, implementing 3rd-party API integrations, cron jobs, migrations, installation profiles, queue workers, upgrades, and SEO guidelines.Good understanding of Drupal theming layer, CSS preprocessors, and Twig templating.Experience building features such as recommendation engines, chatbots, and intelligent search that use artificial intelligence.Understanding of machine learning APIs for search optimization and predictive analytics.Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver innovative solutions.Collaboration & Communication: Good interpersonal skills for working across teams and cultures.Adaptability: Comfortable with rapid technology changes and continuous learning.Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to guide junior developers and influence technical decisions.
