Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Bulandshahr. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential and existing clients, explain services, and respond to basic inquiries. Daily tasks include maintaining call records, following up on leads, and updating CRM or call logs with accurate information. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and share customer feedback. The Telecaller is expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional and courteous communication style. Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and respond professionally to questions and concerns.Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools, call management software, and MS Office.Organizational and time management skills to handle call volumes, follow-ups, and record-keeping efficiently.Customer service mindset, with patience, persistence, and the ability to work toward call and conversion targets.Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (voice process) is an advantage but not mandatory.Minimum high school diploma; a bachelors degree in any field is preferred.Willingness to work on-site in Bulandshahr and collaborate with cross-functional teams. .
