Role & responsibilities Position: Legal Executive / Legal Counsel-Pune Experience: 4+ Years Qualification: LL.B. (Mandatory) Maximum Age: 34 Years 1. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements for both domestic and cross-border transactions. 2. Handle legal matters related to: - Contract Law - Sale of Goods - International Sale of Goods - Commercial and Regulatory Laws - Legal Metrology / Weights and Measures regulations - Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) - Banking and Financial Regulations - Transaction Documentation - Data Privacy Laws - Mercantile and Competition Laws - Import and Export Regulations - FEMA Guidelines - UNCITRAL principles and international commercial laws - Domestic and International Arbitration - Conduct legal research and stay updated with amendments, new regulations, and changes in applicable laws. - Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with suppliers, vendors, customers, and other business stakeholders. - Review and manage the complete contract lifecycle and maintain an MIS/database for contracts, renewals, amendments, and other legal documentation. - Provide legal support on civil and criminal matters, including knowledge of applicable procedural and substantive laws. - Support the organization in ensuring statutory, regulatory, and internal legal compliance. - Coordinate with external legal counsel, internal stakeholders, and relevant authorities, wherever required. Desired Skills & Competencies - Strong legal drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills. - Positive understanding of commercial and corporate laws. - Knowledge of domestic and international contracts and arbitration. - Strong legal research and analytical abilities. - Ability to interpret complex legal provisions and provide practical business-oriented solutions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in maintaining legal documentation and MIS. Eligibility Criteria - Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university. - Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate legal, commercial contracts, compliance, or related areas. - Maximum Age: 34 years. .
