Speech Therapist Rise Learning Centre Position: Speech Therapist Location: Rise Learning Centre, Wakad, Pune Job Type: Full-time / Part-time About Rise Learning Centre Rise Learning Centre is a multidisciplinary centre dedicated to supporting children with diverse learning and developmental needs. We provide Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, Remedial Education, Inclusive Education, and Early Intervention services in a collaborative, child-centred environment. Key Responsibilities - Assess children with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing difficulties. - Develop individualized therapy goals and treatment plans based on each child's needs. - Conduct engaging one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions. - Work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and other communication disorders. - Monitor progress and maintain detailed therapy records. - Prepare assessment reports and progress reports for parents and schools. - Guide parents with home programs and strategies to support communication development. - Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, Special Educators, Psychologists, and other professionals to achieve holistic outcomes. - Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and multidisciplinary case discussions. - Use evidence-based therapy techniques and continuously update professional knowledge. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP). - Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is preferred. - Freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome to apply.
