The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in supervising on-site activities to ensure timely project delivery within quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling on-site challenges, solving technical issues, and maintaining clear communication with project teams, clients, and consultants. Primary job location will be Noida/Delhi/NCR; however, the position is transferable and may require relocation to any project site across India based on organizational and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols Ensure timely execution of civil and interior fit-out works as per project schedules Read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical documents Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and identify issues Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain proper documentation Ensure adherence to material specifications and workmanship standards Supervise site labor and subcontractors effectively Resolve on-site technical and engineering challenges proactively Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements Ensure all safety measures and protocols are strictly followed at site Qualifications & Skills Education Diploma in Civil Engineering B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering Experience & Skills 34 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and execution techniques Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications Good understanding of quality standards, safety norms, and site regulations Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and team coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Willingness to relocate based on project requirements Preferred Attributes Experience in corporate interior/commercial office fit-out projects Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently .
