Work Location : New Chandigarh Website: Instagram: About the Role:: We are looking for an experienced *HR & Admin Manager* who can take complete ownership of employee management, hiring and smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities:: 1. Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee documentation.2. Handle attendance, leaves, salary slips and HR records.3. Address and resolve employee concerns and workplace issues.4. Manage housekeeping, cafeteria and other support staff.5. Coordinate vendors for internet, IT, repairs, maintenance and infrastructure.6. Ensure departments have the resources required for smooth operations.7. Plan and manage company events, celebrations, employee activities and internal gatherings8 .Maintain workplace discipline and coordinate between employees and management.9.
