Lead technical decision making, integration with adjacent systems, supplier technical delivery, and ensure quality, cost, weight, and timing targets are met.Key Responsibilities: System / module ownership: define architecture, targets, and requirement cascade; maintain requirement traceability. Lead design strategy and integration across vehicle interfaces (packaging, kinematics, NVH, E/E where applicable). Drive DFMEA, DVP&R;, and design reviews; ensure robust design releases and change control. Lead virtual and physical validation strategy and correlation (durability, environment, corrosion, abuse). Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
