What You'll Own As our HR Generalist, you'll manage the complete employee lifecycle and play a key role in building a high-performance, people-first culture. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment across departmentsPartner with hiring managers to identify and attract top talentCoordinate interviews, offer rollouts, and hiring processesBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline Employee Onboarding & Experience Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for every new joinerDrive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activitiesEnsure a positive employee experience throughout the employee journeyConduct regular check-ins and employee feedback sessions HR Operations Manage employee documentation, HRIS, and personnel recordsHandle attendance, leave management, and HR complianceSupport policy implementation and process improvementsEnsure HR documentation is accurate and up to date Payroll & Employee Management Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely processingManage employee benefits and statutory complianceAddress employee queries related to payroll, policies, and HR processes Performance & People Development Support performance review cycles and appraisal processesCoordinate learning and development initiativesWork closely with leadership on employee retention and growth initiatives What We're Looking For 56 years of HR Generalist experienceD2C / Consumer Brand / Product Company experience is mandatoryExperience managing the complete employee lifecycleStrong recruitment and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience with payroll coordination and HR operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong ownership and execution skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment .
